You are not considered signed up for a class or event or to have a spot reserved for you until the class fee is paid. You must be signed up and paid for the class prior to the day of class; this allows teachers and staff to prepare for the correct number of students. You may sign up for classes in-store or over the phone with a valid credit card. Class fees are not eligible for punches on your punch card. All class participants receive 10% off of their supplies for their class. If we forget you are attending a class, please remind us. We want you to get your 10% discount! This is the time of year when illness and inclement weather happen, and sometimes the shop or a teacher must cancel a class. Most classes needs a minimum of 3 students signed up for the class to run. If there are not enough students signed up, the teacher is ill, or the weather doesn’t permit the store to be open or prevents students from reaching the store, the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. If we must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify you by telephone, and you have your choice of a full cash refund or store credit for the class fee only—any supplies purchased for the class are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If you must cancel your attendance for a class, you must do so 3 days prior to the class date to receive a full refund or store credit for the class fee as you choose. If you cancel within the 3 days prior to the class, your class fee is eligible for store credit only; if you decline a store credit, your other option is to send a friend in your place. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class date, your class fee is forfeit. Please be sure to write down your class date. Day-of-class cancellations and no-shows forfeit their class fee. If you would like a reminder call about the class, please let us know and we will be happy to do so. Out of respect for our teachers and other students, we ask that you be on time for your class and to turn your cell phone to silent or vibrate. You may take a break from class as you need to, but lunch is not provided by the shop; be sure to plan ahead or plan to leave to buy lunch. You must know how to operate your sewing machine if one is required. Be sure that it is in good working order and that you have all of the accessories you need prior to class. 4475 River Road N Keizer, OR 97303 503-463-1880 |
