SHIPPING
We pride ourselves in promptly shipping your order. We always try to ship the same day as the order is received and certainly within 24 hours to the maximum extent possible.

You will receive an email regarding any changes or delays with an order (temporarily out of stock, custom cutting of fabric packs, etc.)

Insurance will not be added unless instructed to do so (at an additional cost).

Since we know you order fabric for projects you either have in mind or are already working on, we ship via Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. If you wish cheaper shipping rates (first class, etc.) simply make a note in the comments block to that effect and you will be charged those rates (though the website will show the priority shipping rate at checkout).

Domestic Shipping (Priority mail flat rates):

Flat rate envelope/small box (usually 1-2 yards) = $4.95
Flat rate medium box (usually 3-8 yards) = $10.35
Flat rate large box (usually 9-12 yards) = $13.95

If more than one box is required, we will contact you prior to shipping.

Some orders will need to be adjusted if the fabric refuses to fit in a flat rate box.
Example: Flannels and 108” wide fabrics.

Canada/Mexico/International Shipping:
These prices will be determined upon receiving the order and we will email you with the total cost before processing your order.
We do not, nor will not, ship to Africa/Nigeria

Due to the nature of the goods sold, cut fabrics, including kits, block of the month programs and copyrighted materials such as books and patterns, cannot be returned. Be assured that the products you receive from us will be the best quality possible.

KIT POLICY
If you are purchasing a kit, we will make every effort to ensure that the original fabric shown in the sample is included in your kit. We reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary.

All of our Special Programs or Monthly Programs require a commitment from you for the length of the program. Signing up for a Block of the Month is the same as putting a "quilt" on lay-away. You are making a commitment to purchase the entire set of patterns or kits. You have the choice of prepaying for the entire BOM or paying on a monthly basis.
